Optimalization of financing in company through operative and financial leasing

Abstract:

Zajistit vhodné zdroje financování podnikových činností, je jedním z hlavních úkolů managementu společnosti. Na zdroje můžeme pohlížet jako na vlastní nebo cizí a rovněž jako interní a externí. Pro efektivní využití cizích zdrojů by mělo platit, že generovaný výnos je vyšší než jejich cena (úrok). Tento efekt, který současně zvyšuje výnosnost vlastního kapitálu, se nazývá finanční páka. Existuje mnoho forem cizího kapitálu, ale jednou z nejvyužívanějších v posledním desetiletí je leasingové financování podnikových investic. V teoretické části mé bakalářské práce objasňuji podstatu leasingu, jeho přínosy a rizika jakož i stručně historii jeho vzniku a vývoj v České republice. V praktické části zjištuji na konkrétním výběrovém řízení na financování projektu společnosti Conmex, která forma leasingového financování je výhodnější. V závěru komentuji výsledky analýzy zvolené leasingové formy a doporučuji nejvýhodnější nabídku konkrétní leasingové společnosti.

Abstract:

One of the major tasks for a company management is to ensure appropriate financial sources for it’s activities. The sources can be categorized as own or foreig and as well as internal and external. Should a foreign capital be effectively utilized it must generate a yield that exceeds it’s costs (interest). This effect that also increases the return of own capital is called a financial leverage. There are many forms of foreign capital available but one of the mosty used during last decade is a leasing financing of company investments. The basic characteristics of leasing, it’s pros and cons as well as a brief history and it’s positon in Czech Republic are described in the theoretical part. In the application part I demonstrate on a practical case of a tender for financing a project of a Conmex company, which financing form is most suitable if through financial or operative leasing. In the conclusion I justify the slection of the optimal form of leasing for this project and recommend the best offer from a specific leasing company.
