Malé a střední podniky ( dále MSP ) jsou převažujícím prvkem podnikatelského sektoru každého státu. Podpora a rozvoj MSP jsou nezbytnou součásti fungování ekonomiky a vytváření pracovních míst. Small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) are a dominating business innovation of each state. Support and development of SMEs is an essential part of the economy.
