Voltammetric determination of piperine using carbon paste electrodes

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá voltametrickým stanovením piperinu. Teoretická část se věnuje obecnému rozdělení alkaloidů a dále se soustředí na piperin. Popisuje jeho výskyt v pepři, vlastnosti, možnosti extrakcí a také možnost stanovení dalšími metodami. Experimentální část popisuje výběr nejvhodnějších podmínek pro měření a optimalizaci metody. Tato část se rovněž věnuje ověření metody pomocí modelového a reálného vzorku.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with voltammetric determination of piperine. The theoretical part is focused on the general classification of alkaloids and summarize information about piperine. Moreover, describes its occurrence in pepper, physico chemical properties, extraction possibilities, and other methods for its determination. The experimental part describes optimization of the method including selection of the electrode as well as some other parameters. Furthermore, this section shows verification of the method using model and real samples.
