Preparation Of Immunosorbent For Specific Isolation Of Proinflammation Biomarkers Pentraxin 3 And Interleukin-6 From Amniotic Fluid
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na tvorbu imunosorbentu pro izolaci Pentraxinu 3 ze vzorků plodové vody. Cílem práce bylo vybrat vhodný nosič magnetických částic a navázat na něj protilátky. Úspěšnost vazby protilátek a izolace antigenu byla ověřena pomocí SDS-PAGE elektroforézy.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on preparation of an imunosorbent for isolation of Pentraxin 3 from amniotic fluid samples. Target of this thesis was selected a suitable carrier of magnetic particles and bind antibodies to it. The binding efficiency and isolation of antigen was verified by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis.
