Relationship of second habitation in the northern Podbrdsko to the other forms of tourism

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem zvaným druhé bydlení na severním Podbrdsku. Práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci, rozmístění a hustotu druhého bydlení, dále na vztah účastníků druhého bydlení k formám cestovního ruchu, u kterých se předpokládá výskyt v dané lokalitě, kterými jsou např. venkovský, přírodní nebo dobrodružný cestovní ruch. Důležitou částí práce je vyhodnocení počtu rekreačních objektů při Sčítání lidu, domů a bytů v letech 1991, 2001 a 2011. V práci jsou také vyhodnoceny objekty druhého bydlení z hlediska typologie.

Abstract:

This paper deals with the phenomenon called Second Living in Northern Podbrdsko region. The thesis is aimed at Second Living identification, distribution and density as well as at the Second Living participants' relationship toward the travel business forms that are likely to be present in the particular location, i.e. the country-styled, natural or adventure travel businesses. The evaluation of the recreational facilities number as of the 1991, 2001 and 2011 censuses that included population, houses and flats, is another important part of the paper. The thesis also evaluates Second Living objects from the typological point of view.
