Grey Economy in the Tourism Subsystems

Abstract:

Stínová ekonomika je součáti každodenního života milionů obyvatel České republiky a je velmi spijata s sýstemem pohostinství a gastronomie. Jedná se o téma velice aktuální a nicméně složité. Činnost ve stínové ekonomice je skrytá, ale v souvislosti se zavedením zákona č. 112/2016 o elektronické evidenci tržeb, která týče všech podníkatelů v oblastí pohostinství a gastronomie, vláda cíli snížit ukazatele stínové ekonomiky, efektívnejí výbírat daně, primárne daně z príjmu a DPH, vyrovnát tržní prostredí v České ekonomice, kvůli nepoctivým podnikatelům. Cílem práce je charakterizovat stínovou ekonomiku a vliv EET na ní. Teoretická část v první řadě se zaměřena na pojetí stinové ekonomiky, strukturu a dopady. Dále strucně zabývá vlastnostmi, cíly EET a dopady zavedení. Analytická část je založena na shodnocení výsledků zavedení EET v ČR a ve vybraných evropských zemích, resp.na Slovensku a v Chorvatsku. Závěr práce představuje shrnutí získaných informací a vlastního šetření.

Abstract:

The shadow economy is part of the everyday life of millions Czech citizens and is very absorbed with the hospitality and gastronomy system. This is a very up-to-date and nevertheless complex topic. The activity in the shadow economy is hidden, but in connection with the introduction of the Electronic Records of Sales Act No. 112/2016, which aims to reduce shadow economy indicators for all hospitality and gastronomy promoters, they are effective in collecting taxes, primary taxes on income and VAT, and to equalize the market environment in the Czech economy, due to dishonest entrepreneurs. The aim of the thesis is to characterize the shadow economy and the influence of ERS on it. The theoretical part primarily focused on the concept of shadow economy, structure and impacts. It also briefly discusses the properties, ERS objectives and the impacts of implementation. The analytical part is based on the evaluation of the results of the introduction of the ERS in Czech Republic and in selected European countries, respectively in Slovakia and in Croatia. The conclusion of the thesis is a summary of the information obtained and the own investigation.
