Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití biomarkerů v ekotoxikologii. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována popisu acetylcholinesterázy, jejímu využití a látkám inhibujícím její aktivitu. Další část je věnována popisu pesticidů, především organofosfátům a karbamátům. Součástí teoretické části je řešena problematika využití žížal v ekotoxikologii a v bioindikaci. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the use of biomarkers in ecotoxicology. In theoretic parts, the thesis is devoted to the description of acetylcholinesterase, its use and description of substances, which inhibit its activity.
