The Czech Court s Contemporaneous Case Law on Trade Marks
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem judikatury českých soudů zejména Nejvyššího správního soudu, Nejvyššího soudu a Ústavního soudu z období let 2006 až 2012 ve věcech ochranných známek. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována vybraným rozhodnutím Nejvyššího správního soudu, na základě jejichž rozboru jsou formulovány myšlenky s obecnou platností pro interpretaci a aplikaci práva v této oblasti.
Abstract:
The presented thesis handles the topic of contemporaneous case law on trademarks of Czech courts by analysis of the judgments of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic and the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic.
