Legal Aspects Regarding Situation of Buldings
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá různými způsoby povolování umísťování staveb. Kromě základního územního řízení jsou zde popsány i zjednodušené postupy, jako je veřejnoprávní smlouva nebo územní souhlas. Část práce je věnována i územnímu plánování, zkoumáno je i naplňování základních zásad činnosti správních orgánů.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with various ways of permitting the situation of buildings. Beside basic land zoning procedure it is also dealing with simplified procedures as statutory contract or land zoning approval. A part of the thesis is devoted to land planning and fulfillment of basic rules of the administrative bodie’s activities is also examined.
