Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na chování spotřebitele v lázeňství a to od počáteční motivace příjezdu klienta až po samotnou konečnou spokojenost s lázeňským pobytem. V práci jsou tedy hodnoceny různé parametry související s rozhodovacím procesem klienta a následně i se samotným pobytem. Na základě zjištění těchto údajů jsou uvedeny preference, které spotřebitelé pokládají za důležité. Cíl práce je vytvořit návrhy pro tvorbu marketingového mixu v kontextu specifického chování spotřebitele. Samotný návrh pro tvorbu marketingového mixu může pomoci lázeňským místům pro jejich větší návštěvnost a to díky větší spokojenosti lázeňských hostů. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí: teoretické, praktické a návrhové. V první teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, které souvisejí s lázněmi a také pojmy, které souvisejí s marketingem. Druhá část, praktická, zkoumá pomocí metody kvantitativního výzkumu a na základě Likertovy škály samotné preference lázeňských hostů. A poslední třetí část, tedy návrhová obsahuje idee, jak by lázně mohly lépe využít svůj potenciál a vytvořily tak místo, které bude pro hosty ideální – zde je detailně představen marketingový mix.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on consumer behaviour in the spa industry from the initial motivation of the client's arrival to the final satisfaction with the spa stay. Thus, the thesis evaluates various parameters related to the client's decision making process and subsequently the stay itself. Based on the findings of these data, the preferences that consumers consider important are presented. The aim of the thesis is to make suggestions for creating a marketing mix in the context of specific consumer behaviour. The actual suggestion for creating a marketing mix can help spa places for their increased visitation due to greater satisfaction of spa guests. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, practical and proposal. The first theoretical part explains the concepts that are related to spas and also the concepts that are related to marketing. The second part, the practical part, examines the preferences of spa guests themselves using a quantitative research method and a Likert scale. And the third and final part, the design part, contains ideas on how the spa could better exploit its potential to create a place that is ideal for guests - the marketing mix is presented in detail here.
