Předložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na aktuální téma krizové komunikace ve specifickém prostředí vybrané nemocnice Kyjov. Teoretická část je věnována objasnění základních pojmů komunikace, krize, krizová komunikace a riziko. Analytická část je zaměřena na krizovou komunikaci při procesu pořízení majetku. The presented bachelor thesis focuses on crisis communication in a specific environment of a selected hospital Kyjov. The theoretical part is devoted to clarifying communication, crisis, crisis communication, and risk. The analytical part is focused on crisis communication in the process of property acquisition.
