The main goal of the thesis are activities of Erste Group Banks at market of housing finance. In the first part of the thesis we focused on definition of theoretical aspects and we define basics terms such as mortgage or mortgage bond. Diplomová práca je zameraná na pôsobnosť skupiny Erste Group Bank na trhu financovania bývania. Prvá časť je zameraná na vymedzenie teoretických aspektov a definovanie základných pojmov ako hypotekárny úver, hypotekárny záložný list.
