Physiotherapy for unilateral diaphragm paresis with basal lung atelectasis

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou unilaterální parézy bránice spolu s bazální atelektázou plic. Práce je koncipována jako teoreticko-praktická. Cílem teoretické části práce je shrnout základní poznatky o respiračním systému, fyziologii a patofyziologii dýchání. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem poznatků o etiologii a klinickém obrazu těchto poruch a možnostech jejich diagnostiky. Smyslem praktické části je příprava vhodných kinezioterapeutických postupů a aplikace těchto postupů při zpracování kazuistiky. Práce obsahuje hodnocení výsledků vybraných terapeutických postupů. Součástí bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with unilateral paresis of the diaphragm along with basal lung atelectasis. The thesis is made up theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the study aims to summarize current knowledge of the breathing systém, physiology and pathophysiology of breathing, etiology and clinical picture of these disorders and their diagnostic options. The practical part is based on the selection of appropriate kinesiotherapeutic procedures and application of these procedures in the case study. The work includes results? evaluation of selected therapeutic procedures and a developped basal atelectasis of the lungs along with unilateral paralysis of the diaphragm .
