Cieľom tejto práce je návrh novej aplikácie pre správu formulárov, ktorej hlavnou úlohu je registrácia používateľov do tzv. IAM systémov pre správu identít a riadenia prístupu. This thesis aims to design a new form-management application that should mainly facilitate the registration of users into identity and access management (IAM) systems.
