Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou hypotečních produktů, jejich nabídkou na trhu a jejich vývojem v České republice. V úvodu je hypoteční úvěr definován a právně vymezen. Ve druhé kapitole je popsáno jakým způsobem se hypoteční úvěry dělí a jaká situace aktuálně na trhu s těmito produkty panuje.
