Magisterská práce je věnována překladu z češtiny do ruštiny vybraných částí učebnice trestního práva. Kromě překladu je v práci stručně zpracována lexikální, obsahová a morfologická analýza výchozího textu. Součástí práce je rovněž shrnutí užitých překladatelských postupů a komentář k překladu věnovaný užití těchto překladatelských postupů na konkrétních příkladech z výchozího textu. Diploma Thesis is devoted to translation from Russian to Czech language of selected parts of the legal textbook. Besides the translation the source text is briefly observed from the linguistic, stylistic and morphological point of view.
