Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá personálním auditem a controllingem ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti personální, mzdové a dalších souvisejících oblastí. V praktické části aplikuji poznatky z teoretické části do praxe na mnou zvolenou společnost, zejména zpracuji personální audit a controlling v mnou vybraném podniku. S cílem zhodnotit zvolenou hypotézu.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with personnel audit in selected company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of HR, payroll, and other related fields. In the practical part I apply the knowledge of theoretical part to my chosen company; especially I will make a personnel audit and controlling in my chosen company. In order to evaluate the selected hypothesis.
