Law to other Property - Easements
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the Law to other property - easements. The first chapter deals with the current law on the rights of other property easements. The second chapter is focused on function and types of easements and creation and termination methods of easement. The third chapter contains an analysis of usage of the Institute easement in self-government.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca je zameraná na práva k cudzím veciam – vecné bremená. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá platnou právnou úpravou práv k cudzím veciam, vecným bremenám. Druhá kapitola sa zasa zaoberá funkciou a druhmi vecných bremien a spôsobmi vzniku a zániku vecného bremena. V tretej kapitole je spracovaná analýza využitia inštitútu vecného bremena v podmienkach samosprávy.
