Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o zátěžových testech bankovního sektoru prováděných dle metodologie Evropského bankovního úřadu. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní východiska a pojmy, které jsou při tvorbě daných testů využívány. Za důležité jsem také považovala zmínit jednotlivé Basilejské dohody, především pak jejich požadavky na kapitál. V praktické části jsou analyzovány poslední zátěžové testy z roku 2016. Zabývám se zde nejen finálními výsledky, ale také všemi ostatními nutnými dokumenty a postupy, které EBA využívá. V poslední kapitole se věnuji velmi aktuální situaci, která pojednává o dopadech implementace IFRS 9 na výši kapitálového poměru.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with stress tests of banking sector which are carried out according to the methodology of the European Banking Authority. The theoretical part explains basic points and terms which are used during the preparation of these tests. I did also consider very important to mention the concept of the Basel Accords, especially their capital requirements. The practical part analyzes the latest stress tests from 2016. I deal with not just the results but as well with many others documents and procedures which are used by EBA. In the last chapter, I consider very current situation which is associated with the impact of the implementation of IFRS 9 on capital ratio.
