Impact of the Economic Crisis on Building Savings in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je shrnutí všeobecných informací o aktuálním trhu stavebního spoření v České republice. Podrobná analýza dosavadního vývoje na trhu stavebního spoření v České republice je doplněna rozborem produktové a obchodní politiky Českomoravské stavební spořitelny, a. s. V diplomové práci je zhodnocen dopad celosvětové ekonomické krize na českou ekonomiku a s tím spojený vliv této krize na stavební spoření v ČR. Na základě těchto ekonomických dopadů a předpokladů dalšího postupného odeznívání ekonomické krize, je v diplomové práci uveden odhad budoucího vývoje trhu stavebního spoření v České republice a stanovena doporučení možné modifikace prodejní politiky zkoumané stavební spořitelny do budoucna. První kapitola je věnována analýze trhu stavebního spoření v ČR, včetně definice ekonomických a právních souvislostí. Předmětem druhé kapitoly je rozbor marketingového mixu Českomoravské stavební spořitelny, a.s. na trhu a jsou hodnoceny její silné a slabé stránky. Třetí kapitola je věnována dopadům současné ekonomické krize na českou ekonomiku a na segment stavebního spoření. Závěrečná část je zaměřena na odhad očekávaného budoucího vývoje trhu stavebního spoření v České republice a analýze příležitostí prodejní politiky Českomoravské stavební spořitelny, a.s.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is summary of general information of sale building saving in the Czech Republic. The detailed analysis of present development in the sale building saving in the Czech Republic is completed with dissection of trade policy of ČMSS, a. s. There is estimation of worldwide economic crisis, and its influence to economic and also influence of this crisis to building saving in the Czech Republic, in this thesis. There is judgment of incoming development of sale building saving in the Czech Republic according to these economic impacts and hypothesis of next recess of economic crisis. There are also determined some recommendation of possibilities modification of trade policy for this building society in future. The first chapter is apply to analysis of sale building saving in the Czech Republic, including a definition of economic and law connections. The second chapter deals with analysis of marketing mix ČMSS, a.s. in the market. There are valued strong and weak points of this society in this chapter. Impacts of economic crisis to Czech economic and building saving are mentioned in the third chapter. The final chapter is about incoming development of sale building saving and analysis of opportunities trade policy of ČMSS, a.s.
