Abstract:
Práce řeší problematiku doručování zásilek poskytovateli KEB služeb, ve vztahu s problematikou poslední míle. Vlivem růstu realizovaných přeprav zásilek, objednaných na trhu B2C prostřednictvím internetu a tlaku na maximalizaci zákaznického komfortu, je nutné implementovat nová řešení pomocí dostupných technologií. The aim of this thesis is delivery of parcels by CAP providers, in connection with the Last Mile delivery problem. Due to increase of the amount of parcel deliveries, ordered through B2C market via internet and the pressure of increasing consumer demands, it is necessary to implement new solutions using available technology.
