Fire and explosion investigation methodology

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zjišťováním příčin vzniku požárů a výbuchů orgány Státního požárního dozoru ve spolupráci s orgány činnými v trestním řízení, orgány státní správy a orgány státního dozoru. Součástí práce je analýza statistik požárů a výbuchů za posledních pět let ve Středočeském kraji s důrazem na období nouzového stavu vyhlášeným v důsledku pandemie koronavirové choroby COVID-19. Cílem praktické části je potvrzení nebo vyvrácení hypotézy: V období vyhlášeného nouzového stavu byl zvýšený výskyt požárů ve Středočeském kraji. Na základě výsledků výzkumu je proveden rozbor a navržena případná preventivní opatření.

Abstract:

The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the investigation of the causes of fires and explosions by the State Fire Supervision authorities in cooperation with law enforcement authorities, state administration authorities and state supervision authorities. Part of the work is an analysis of fire and explosion statistics for the last 5 years in the Central Bohemian Region with an emphasis on the state of emergency declared as a result of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. The aim of the practical part is to confirm or refute the hypothesis: During the declared state of emergency, there was an increased incidence of fires in the Central Bohemia region. Based on the research results, an analysis is carried out and possible preventive measures are proposed.
