Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá postojem klinických psychologů a psychiatrů k ženám trpícím schizofrenií, které jsou těhotné nebo touží po dítěti. Teoretická část diplomové práce se v první kapitole zabývá podrobně schizofrenií. Druhá kapitola se zabývá profesní etikou. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na sociální a právní otázky duševní nemoci. Hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaký postoj zaujímají kliničtí psychologové a psychiatři k problematice těhotenství a mateřství u žen trpících schizofrenií. S tímto tématem úzce souvisí také oblast etických dilemat, dalším cílem diplomové práce bylo prozkoumat znalost etických kodexů a principů mezi klinickými psychology a psychiatry. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 64 respondentů z řad klinických psychologů a psychiatrů. Četnost výuky etiky na VŠ je na uspokojivé úrovni, avšak více než polovina respondentů absolvovala etiku na dobrovolné bázi (nebyl to povinný předmět). Psychologové si více než psychiatři uvědomují potřebu etického vzdělávání již při studiu na VŠ. Znalost etického kodexu vlastní profese je u respondentů velmi vysoká a pouze malé procento z nich se s etickým kodexem své profese doposud neseznámilo. Naproti tomu zájem o etický kodex opačné profese je nízký. Postoj respondentů k problematice těhotenství a mateřství u žen trpících schizofrenií je nejvíce ovlivněn oblastí závažnosti, průběhu a příznaků nemoci a nejméně oblastí etiky. Rozdíly mezi psychology a psychiatry nebyly vysoké, což může být způsobeno malým vzorkem respondentů. Postoj psychologů více ovlivňují charakteristiky na straně pacientky než postoj psychiatrů. Prozkoumán byl také emoční náboj postoje, kde byl nalezen rozdíl mezi psychology a psychiatry u ambivalentních emocí. Výsledky identifikace etických dilemat na straně respondentů v souvislosti s danou problematikou nejsou průkazné a neukazují na rozdíl mezi psychology a psychiatry ve vnímání etických dilemat na straně matky a zdravotnického pracovníka.

Abstract:

Master thesis deals with the attitudes of clinical psychologists and psychiatrists to women suffering from schizophrenia who are pregnant or desire to have a child. The theoretical part of the thesis in the first chapter deals in detail with schizophrenia. The second chapter deals with professional ethics. The last chapter focuses on social and juristic issues of mental illness. The main objective of the research was to determine what attitude do clinical psychologists and psychiatrists have on the issue of pregnancy and motherhood in women with schizophrenia. This issue is closely related to ethical dilemmas, another aim of this thesis was to investigate the knowledge of ethical codes and principles between clinical psychologists and psychiatrists. The research sample consists of 64 respondents from clinical psychologists and psychiatrists. Frequency of teaching ethics at the university is at a satisfactory level, but more than half of the respondents graduated Ethics voluntary (not mandatory subjects). Psychologists more than psychiatrists realize the need of ethical education in their studies at university. Knowledge of the code of ethics of own profession among respondents is very high and only a small percentage of them with the code of ethics of their profession so far not met. In contrast, interest in the ethical code of the other professions is low. Respondents' attitude to the issue of pregnancy and motherhood of women suffering from schizophrenia is the most affected areas of the severity, duration and symptoms of the disease and at least the area of ethics. Differences between psychologists and psychiatrists were not very high, which may be due to the small sample of respondents. The attitude of psychologists is more influenced on the part of the patient's characteristics than the attitude of psychiatrists. The emotional charge of the attitude was also explored, it was found the difference between psychologists and psychiatrists at the ambivalent emotions. Results of the identification of ethical dilemmas on the part of respondents in connection with this issue are inconclusive and do not show the difference between psychologists and psychiatrists in the perception of ethical dilemmas on the part of the mother and the health worker.
