The rehabilitation process of a sports patient suffering from adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder: clinical case

Abstract:

Frozen shoulder is a common shoulder disorder, there aren't scientific causes that determine it. This problem is characterized by three phases that follow one another and each is characterized by a different symptomatology, the two most important symptoms are the presence of pain and the reduction of movement, these lead to an important momentary disability that affects daily life; with regard to the rehabilitation protocol it isn't scientifically proven which is the most effective, there are indications.

Abstract:

La capsulite adesiva, o spalla congelata, ? una problematica che riguarda l'articolazione della spalla, non esistono scientificamente delle cause che la determinano. Questa problematica ? caratterizzata da tre fai che si susseguono ed ognuna ? caratterizzata da una diversa sintomatologia, i due sintomi principali sono la presenza di dolore e la riduzione del movimento dell'articolazione, queste portano ad una disabilit? momentanea importante che influisce sulla vita quotidiana; anche per quanto riguarda il protocollo riabilitativo non ? scientificamente provato quale sia il pi? efficace, ci sono delle indicazioni.
