Teoretická část má za úkol popis motorických schopností a jejich využití pro lední hokej. Dalšími oblastmi potřebné pro lední hokej jsou v této práci popsány v podobě historie ledního hokeje, historie a vývoj pravidel, nebo obecné informace o tréninkovém procesu mládežnických kategorií. For a description of the theoretical part of motor skills and their use for ice hockey. Other areas necessary for ice hockey in this work are described in the form of ice hockey history, history and development rules, or general information on training the youth categories.
