Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zejména teorií oceňování na tržních principech. Definuje tržní hodnotu, realitní trh a jednotlivé metody ocenění, jako jsou porovnávací metoda, výnosová metoda a nákladová metoda. This bachleor mainly deals with the theory of valuation on market principles. Defines fair value, the real estate market and various valuation methods, such as comparative method, income method and cost method.
