Modern application of cost method
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá nákladovým oceněním, a to zejména klasickou a moderní nákladovou metodou. Cílem je provedení analýzy, komparace a následné zhodnocení, která z metod je vhodnější pro oceňování nemovitostí nákladovým způsobem a jaké finanční rozdíly můžeme při použití těchto metod nalézt. V závěru práce je provedeno ocenění statku, které konstruuje obě metody pomocí praktické ukázky.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with cost valuation, especially the classical and modern cost method. The aim is to perform an analysis, comparison and subsequent evaluation of which of the methods is more suitable for valuing real estate in a cost-effective manner and what financial differences we can find when using these methods.
