Tato diplomová práce se zabývá citlivou problematikou výkonu rozhodnutí o péči o nezletilé děti. První část je věnována vymezení pojmů dítě, rodič, zájem dítěte, právo rodiče na styk s dítětem a syndrom zavrženého rodiče. This Diploma Thesis deal with sensitive issue of Enforcement of the decision dealing with care of minors. The first part is devoted to term child, parents, parentel right to have a contact with child, interest of the child and parental alienation syndrome.
