Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem syndromu vyhoření u sociálních pracovníků. Za cíl si klade především zmapování výskytu tohoto fenoménu napříč různými oblastmi sociální práce a popsání rizikových faktorů, které by mohly negativně ovlivňovat informanty výzkumného šetření, a mít tak dopad na vznik syndromu vyhoření. Master thesis is focused on burnout syndrome among social workers. The main objective is to map the occurrence of this phenomenon across various areas of social work and a description of risk factors that could affect participants of the research and have an impact on the emergence of burnout.
