Dynamická neefektivnost české ekonomiky

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je určit, zdali je Česká ekonomika dynamicky efektivní či nikoliv. Nejprve je představen samotný teoretický rámec, pomocí nějž je dynamická efektivita definována, a problematika spojená s konceptem dynamické efektivnosti. Samotné určení dynamické efektivnosti české ekonomiky bylo provedeno pomocí kritéria prezentovaného v článku Abela a kol. (1989). Jelikož byly proti vypovídací schopnosti tohoto přístupu vzneseny určité výhrady, je následně proveden test i podle modelu představeného Barbiem a spol. (2004). Pomocí obou uvedených modelů bylo zjištěno, že česká ekonomika byla v letech 1993 -- 2010 s největší pravděpodobností dynamicky efektivní.

Abstract:

The main task of this thesis is to answer the question whether the Czech economy is dynamically efficient or not. Firstly is presented the theoretical background from which the concept of dynamic efficiency stems from. Subsequently the issues connected with the concept of dynamic inefficiency are discussed. The test for dynamic efficiency of the Czech economy is conducted by using the similar methodology that was described in the famous paper by Abel et al. (1989). Since several objections against this approach were propounded, the dynamic efficiency had to be tested also by using the model developed by Barbie et al. (2004). Both models proved that the Czech economy was in period 1993 -- 2010 with the high probability dynamically efficient.
