Tree-based semi-automatic segmentation of live cell microscopy images
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje možnostem využití stromových struktur jako jsou maximový, minimový strom a strom tvarů pro semiautomatickou segmentaci obrazů buňek. V teoretické části se zabývá vlastnostni těchto stromů. V rámci práce byl navržen program pro semi-automatickou segmentaci založenou na stromech, pomocí kterého je následně využití těchto stromů vyhodnoceno v závěru práce.
Abstract:
This work adress problem of semi-automatic segmentation of live cells microscopy images with use of tree based structures like maxtree, mintree and shape tree. Their main features are described in teoretic part of the work. For evaluation of use of these structures was developed program. These evaluations are presented at last chapter this work.
