Relation between self-efficacy and measure of burnout syndrome and using mental hygiene by social workers

Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem „Souvislost self-efficacy s mírou syndromu vyhoření a využíváním duševní hygieny u sociálních pracovníků“ se zamýšlí nad konceptem self-efficacy coby možného protektivního faktoru syndromu vyhoření. Zvažuje, jaké aspekty ovlivňují syndrom vyhoření a percipovaný stres u sociálních pracovníků a jak se tito pracovníci věnují duševní hygieně. V empirické části práce jsou prostřednictvím kvantitativního přístupu zpracována data, která byla získána administrací testových metod, zejména pak Maslach Burnout Inventory, Stress Profile a General Self-Efficacy Scale. Následně předkládáme odpovědi na dílčí výzkumné otázky vyplývající z výše uvedených oblastí zájmu, uvádíme je do širšího kontextu a porovnáváme s poznatky z obdobných zahraničních výzkumů. Mgr. Abstract:

Thesis´ name is Relation between self-efficacy and measure of burnout syndrome and using mental hygiene by social workers. In the first, thoeretical part, it concerns with the conception of self-efficacy as a possible protective factor of burnout syndrome. Further it considers, which aspects influence burnout syndrome and percipateded stress at social workers and how these workers look after spiritual hygiene. In the empirical part are by means of quantitative access to data, which were gathered by administration of test methods first of all Maslach Burnout Inventory, Stress Profile and General Self-Efficacy Scale. Consequently we lay out answers on particular research questions, concerned with above studies. We bring them in broader context and compare them with other similar world research. Mgr.
