Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice zaměstnávání mladých absolventů na trhu práce České republiky. Práce se zabývá zhodnocením vlivu odborných pracovních stáží na připravenost absolventů (středních škol, vyšších škol odborných a vysokých škol) na jejich budoucí uplatnění a je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, které souvisí s prací jako sociálním procesem, motivací, pracovní způsobilostí, kvalifikací a kompetencemi. Dále rozebírá pojem mentoring či absolvent a příčiny nezaměstnanosti absolventů. V praktické části je provedena analýza efektivnosti odborných stáží vycházející z dotazníkového šetření. Závěr práce shrnuje výsledky a celkově hodnotí úspěšnost projektu.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis discusses the issue of the employment of young graduates on the Czech labour market. The thesis evaluates the influence of professional work placements for graduates preparedness (the last year of secondary school students, and the last two semesters colleges and universities) for their future employment and is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the concepts related to work as a social process, motivation to work, qualifications and competencies. It also explains the concept of mentoring, explanation of who is graduate and description of reasons for graduate´s unemployment. In the practical part is carried out the analysis of the effectiveness of internships based on a questionnaire survey. The conclusion summarizes the setups results and overall evaluates success of the project.
