Higher education combined studies through the eyes of the participants and their partners

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce přibližuje vysokoškolské kombinované studium z pohledu účastnic a jejich partnerů. Snaží se odpovědět na otázku, jak vnímají partneři studentek kombinovaného studia jejich studium při zaměstnání s ohledem na jejich společný partnerský život, a také, jak toto studium vnímají samotné účastnice. Výzkum, o který se příspěvek opírá, je koncipován jako kvalitativně orientované šetření. Skrze metodu hloubkových polostrukturovaných rozhovorů nastiňuje, jaký názor mají partneři na toto studium, jak pociťují souběh studia a zaměstnání své partnerky a jak v tomto souběhu studia a zaměstnání vnímají svou roli. Práce rovněž na základě hloubkových polostrukturovaných rozhovorů odpovídá na otázku, jakým způsobem vnímají vysokoškolské studium samotné studující partnerky dotazovaných respondentů. Jak pociťují souběh svého studia a zaměstnání a jak v tomto souběhu studia a zaměstnání vnímají roli svého partnera. Cílem práce je výsledky obou výzkumných šetření analyzovat a porovnat.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis brings the combined university studies in terms of participants and their partners. It tries to answer the question, how student´s partners perceive combined studies with job and with regard to their common partnership life , as well as the study participants perceived themselves. The research on which the contribution is based, is conceived as a quality-oriented survey. Through a method of in-depth semistructured interviews outlining what opinion have partners on this study, both feeling the concurrence of study and work, and her partner both in this study and concurrent employment perceive its role. Work is also based on in-depth semistructured interviews answering the question of how they perceive themselves university studies studying partners of questioned respondents. How they feel the concurrence of their studies and job, both in this studying and concurrence of employment they perceive the role of partner. The goal of thesis is analyze result of both research studies and compare them.
