The Renovation of the Gas Pipeline for RWE SMP Net, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu technického řešení rekonstrukce stávajících ocelových NTL plynovodů. Cílem této práce je provést technické řešení daného problému a na jeho základě zhotovit projekční dokumentaci. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše, která vysvětluje podstatu plynárenství, popisuje použité materiály k výrobě plynovodních trub a samotnou technologii výroby potrubí. Zabývá se také popisem mechanických a chemických vlastností materiálů pro plynovodní potrubí. V praktické části je proveden technický návrh rekonstrukce stávajících plynovodů, na jehož základě je zpracována výkresová dokumentace a výkaz výměr. V závěru práce je ekonomicky zhodnoceno celkové technické řešení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with a project of technical solution for reconstruction of existing steel NTL gas pipeline. The goal of this work is to perform the technical solution of this problem and work out a project documentation accordingly. The theoretical part explains the basis of gas industry, materials used for production of gas mains and also gas mains production technologies themselves. A description of mechanical and chemical properties of used materials is mentioned as well. In the practical part the technical proposal of reconstruction of the existing gas main is performed and on its basis the project documentation and the list of materials and works is worked out. In the end the whole technical solution is economically evaluated.
