Bakalářská práce se zabývá jedinci s Aspergerovým syndromem a jejich zkušenostmi se zaměstnáním. Práce obsahuje historický vývoj autismu a vymezuje poruchu autistického spektra. Také je zde podrobně rozebrán pojem Aspergerův syndrom a v dalších částech je více přiblížen Aspergerův syndrom v dospělém věku. S tím je spojena pomoc ze strany státu těmto osobám a zaměstnavatelům. This Bachelor thesis is aimed on individuals with Asperger`s syndrome and their work experiences. Thesis contents of historical evolution of autism and defines autistic spectrum disorders. Also, there is detailed description of Asperger`s syndrome naming and further chapters are focused on Asperger`s syndrome impact on adults.
