Abstract:

Rozvoj interní komunikace v rychle se měnících organizacích je aktuálním tématem, které, jak se zdá, procvičuje mysl firemních lidí na různých pozicích. Zdá se, že dobře fungující interní komunikace a obchodní úspěch spolu úzce souvisí. Motivuje to lidi, a pouze lidé, kteří jsou motivovaní a nadšení pro svou práci, jsou schopni vykonávat svou práci dobře a zajistit úspěch svým zaměstnavatelů. Účelem této studie bylo zvýšit porozumění interní komunikaci a tomu, jak ji zaměstnanci vnímají v rychle se měnící organizaci. Porozumění interní komunikaci a jejímu vývoji bylo hledáno soustředěním se na vybrané základní oblasti interní komunikace v organizaci, funkci interní firemní komunikace a interní komunikační kanály. Důraz byl kladen na rychle se měnící organizaci v režimu home office. Teoretický rámec byl tvořen organizační a interní komunikací obecně a digitálním pracovištěm. Teoretický rámec představil dilemata a charakteristiky, které se mohou v problematice rozvoje interní komunikace vyskytnout. Aby bylo dosaženo stanovených cílů, byla provedena kvantitativní studie. V případové společnosti byl proveden průzkum se 46 různými formami otázek (7 otevřených a 39 uzavřených). Téma bylo zkoumáno z pohledu případové společnosti a jeho cílem bylo zjistit vnímání zaměstnanců. Webový průzkum se zaměřil na vybraná témata týkající se interní komunikace a jejího rozvoje. Dotazníky byly rozeslány zaměstnancům řecké multikulturní organizace případové společnosti se 182 odpověďmi. Na základě vytvořeného dotazníku bylo stanoveno celkem 7 hypotéz, které byly statisticky potvrzeny. Práce obsahuje pět hlavních zjištění, mezi něž patří komunikační struktura, preference kanálů, výhody a nevýhody těchto digitálních kanálů a vztahy mezi interní komunikací a zapojením zaměstnanců. Závěrem této studie je, že všechny z hypotéz byly podpořeny, což znamená, že vedení a sdílení informací a znalostí má pozitivní vztah k výkonu, efektivitě a spolupráce týmu. Po přezkoumání výsledků, zjištění, omezení a návrhů pro společnost tvrdíme, že by mohl být prostor pro zlepšení.

Abstract:

The development of internal communication in fast-changing organizations is a hot topic that seems to be exercising the minds of business people in various positions. Well-functioning internal communication and business success seem to be closely related. It motivates people, and only people who are motivated and passionate about their work can do their jobs well and ensure the success of their employers. The purpose of this study was to increase understanding of internal communication and how employees perceive it in a fast-changing organization. An understanding of internal communication and its development was sought by focusing on selected basic areas of internal communication in the organization, the function of internal corporate communication and internal communication channels. Emphasis was placed on a fast-changing organization in home office mode. The theoretical framework was formed by organizational and internal communication in general and the digital workplace. The theoretical framework presented dilemmas and characteristics that may occur in the issue of internal communication development. In order to achieve the stated objectives, a quantitative study was conducted. A survey with 46 different forms of questions (7 opened and 39 closed) was conducted in the case company. The topic was investigated from the perspective of the case company and it aimed to find out the perception of the employees. The web research focused on selected topics related to internal communication and its development. Questionnaires were sent to the employees of the Greek multicultural organization of the case company with 182 responses. Based on the created questionnaire, a total of 7 hypotheses were determined, all of which were statistically confirmed. The paper contains five main findings, which include communication structure, channel preferences, advantages and disadvantages of these digital channels, and relationships between internal communication and employee engagement. The conclusion of this study is that all of the hypotheses were supported, which means that leadership and information and knowledge sharing have a positive relationship with team performance, effectiveness and cooperation. After reviewing the results, findings, limitations and suggestions for society, we argue that there could be room for improvement.
