Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou technostresu mezi zaměstnanci ve vybrané společnosti působící v sektoru e-commerce. Práce si klade za cíl navrhnout copingové strategie, které povedou k prevenci vzniku technostresu ve vybrané společnosti. Vytyčeného cíle je dosaženo provedením kvantitativního výzkumu, realizovaného prostřednictvím online dotazníkového šetření ve vybrané společnosti. Získaná data byla následně vyhodnocena statistickou analýzou. Podklad pro návrh copingových strategií je tvořen, jednak literární rešerší, která se zaměřuje na zpracování tématu technostresu, tak jak o něm pojednává současný stav poznání, a jednak závěry dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of technostress among employees in a selected company operating in the e-commerce sector. The thesis aims to propose coping strategies that will lead to the prevention of technostress in the selected company. The set objective is achieved by conducting quantitative research conducted through an online questionnaire survey in the selected company. The collected data was subsequently evaluated by statistical analysis. The basis for proposing coping strategies consists of, on the one hand, a literature search, which focuses on the treatment of the topic of technostress as it is discussed in the current state of knowledge, and on the other hand, the findings of the questionnaire survey.
