Abstract:

Bakalářskou práci jsem vypracovala v rámci studia oboru Všeobecná sestra. Jedná se o ošetřovatelskou kasuistiku u konkrétní klientky, paní JB., hospitalizované v době od 5.8.-11.8.2007 na gynekologicko-porodnickém oddělení v nemocnici Děčín s diagnózou descensus uteri et parietis vaginae sine adenomyosis, uteri myomatosy, hypermenorhoea. Důvodem přijetí byla plánovaná operace - laparoskopicky asistovaná vaginální hysterektomie a salphingektomie. Práce má celkem 52 stran. Skládá se ze dvou velkých kapitol, části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se zabývám anatomií a fyziologií dělohy, projevy onemocnění, diagnostikou a léčbou nádorového onemocnění dělohy. V praktické části popisuji ošetřovatelský proces u paní JB, 39leté pacientky postižené touto chorobou. Pro zpracování jsem použila odbornou literaturu uvedenou v seznamu. Využila jsem také cenných rad odborníků. Velkým přínosem byl kladný přístup samotné klientky, její spolupráce a zájem na vlastním uzdravení. Vytyčený cíl práce se mi podařilo splnit, ženy mají mylné představy o tom, že odstranění dělohy znamená menopauzu, konec sexuálního života a snížení ženskosti a vzhledu těla.

Abstract:

I wrote this dissertation when accomplishing bachelor degree study in Nursing. The dissertation is written as a nursing case study. The client was a female (her initials being J.B.) who was hospitalized in the Gynaecology and Obstetric Department of Děčín Hospital from 5th August to 11th August 2007. Previously, she had been diagnosed with descensus uteri parietis vaginae sine adenomyosis; uterus myomatosus and hypermenorrhoea, and was admitted to have undergone laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy and salpingectomy. The dissertation has 52 pages and consists of two main chapters - theoretical and experimental one. In the theoretical part I describe the anatomy and physiology of the uterus; the symptoms of the disease; the diagnostic process and the therapy of the malignant process in uterus. In the practical part I describe the nursing process of Mrs J.B. - a 39 years old patient suffering from this disease. For the elaboration I have used the scientific resources mentioned in the list. I have also taken advantage of valuable advice from the medical experts. The positive approach of the client, her cooperation and interest in her recovery symbolized a great benefit. I have succeeded in fulfilling the appointed aim; women have a false perception when thinking that hysterectomy equals to menopause; to the end of their sexual life; to decreasing femininity; or a false perception of the body image.
