Relationship between plant density of selected cereals and oilseeds and the occurrence of weeds

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vyhodnocením aktuálního zaplevelení vybraných pozemků katastrálních území Vlčkov, Němčice a Horní Sloupnice. Hodnoceny byly porosty ozimé pšenice, ozimé řepky, jarního ječmene a sóji luštinaté. Současně byla hodnocena také hustota porostů těchto plodin a byl zjišťován její vliv na výskyt plevelů. Stanovení zaplevelení bylo provedeno pomocí početní metody. Získané výsledky byly následně zpracovány prostřednictvím mnohorozměrných analýz ekologických dat. Na sledovaných pozemcích bylo celkem nalezeno 33 druhů plevelů. Nejvíce zastoupeným druhem byl plevel Viola arvensis, který byl přítomen jako jediný v porostech všech plodin na všech pozemcích. Vysoké zastoupení měly také druhy Veronica persica a Stellaria media. Na základě výsledků je vztah hustoty porostu a výskytu plevelů dle analýzy CCA statisticky vysoce průkazný pouze v případě jarního ječmene. U ostatních sledovaných plodin nebyl tento vztah prokázán.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on evaulation of actual weed infestation of selected land in the cadastral area of Vlčkov, Němčice and Horní Sloupnice. Growth areas of winter wheat, winter oilseed rape, spring barley and soya bean were evaluated. At the same time growth areas plant density was evalauted and its effect on the weeds occurence were determined. The weed infestation was determined by numerical calculation and the computed results were processed by multidimensional analysis of ecological data. Thirty-three different weeds were found on the observed areas. Viola arvensis was the only common species in all growth areas and the most frequent weed species at all. The weed species Veronica persica and Stellaria media were also highly represented. Based on the results relationship between plant density and weed occurrence according to CCA analysis was statistically highly significant only in the case of spring barley. For the other monitored crops the relationship was not proven.
