Diagnostické přístupy využívající pokročilé diagnostické metody

Abstract:

Disertační práce s názvem Diagnostické přístupy využívající pokročilé bioanalytické metody je věnována diagnostickým metodám využívaným v biologických vědách. První část je zaměřena na problematiku nepřenosných a infekčních chorob a následně na klasické diagnostické metody využívané především v medicíně od historie prvních diagnostických metod, přes vývoj mikroskopu, rentgenového záření až k nukleární magnetické resonanci. Jsou zhodnoceny základní výhody a nevýhody těchto metod a jejich využití v diagnostice. Pokročilé diagnostické metody jsou následně představeny v poslední kapitole literární rešerše, jako rychlejší, méně nákladné a sofistikované metody k diagnostickým účelům nejen v medicíně. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty příklady využití fluorescenčních a hmotnostně spektrometrických metod v bioanalytických aplikacích. Výsledky a odborné výstupy autorky dizertační práce jsou prezentovány formou 5 experimentálních vědeckých prací v impaktovaných časopisech.

Abstract:

The dissertation entitled Diagnostic approaches using advanced bioanalytical methods is devoted to diagnostic methods used in the biological sciences. The first part is focused on the issue of non-communicable and infectious diseases and subsequently on classical diagnostic methods used mainly in medicine from the history of the first diagnostic methods, through the development of the microscope, X-rays to nuclear magnetic resonance. The basic advantages and disadvantages of these methods and their use in diagnostics are evaluated. Advanced diagnostic methods are then introduced in the last chapter of the literature search, as faster, less expensive and sophisticated methods for diagnostic purposes not only in medicine. At the end of the work are summarized examples of the use of fluorescence and mass spectrometric methods in bioanalytical applications. The results and professional outputs of the author of the dissertation are presented in the form of 5 experimental scientific works in impacted journals.
