Tato bakalářská práce je literární rešerší, ve které se zabývám především signálními drahami, jež mohou regulovat buněčný cyklus, a jejich vlivu na expresi ABC transportérů. V první části práce se věnuji popisu některých signálních drah, a to buněčného cyklu a jeho kontrolních bodů, apoptózy a PI3K/Akt signalizace. The Bachelor’s thesis is a literature research that is focuses mainly signal pathways to regulate cell cycle and their effect on expression of ABC transporters.
