This bachelor thesis is focused on Parkinson´s disease patients after deep brain stimulation. It is divided into three parts. General part describes mechanism, symptoms and therapy of Parkinson´s disease. Special part is directed to therapeutic rehabilitation techniques, which can be used in the treatment of this disease. Táto bakalárska práca je zameraná na problematiku pacientov s Parkinsonovou chorobou po hlbokej mozgovej stimulácii. Je rozdelená do troch častí. V obecnej časti je popísaný mechanizmus vzniku, príznaky a terapia Parkinsonovej choroby.
