Evaluation of convenience of internal and external versions of maintenance organization in a selected department of the company.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje posouzení výhodnosti interní a externí varianty organizace údržby ve vybraném útvaru podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá outsourcingem a insourcingem v širším kontextu, dále popisuje vybrané metody pro zhodnocení výhodnosti obou variant údržby. Obsahem praktické části je popis údržby lakovny závodu Kvasiny společnosti Škoda Auto a. s. a doporučení, kterých by se měla držet při přechodu z outsoucingové na insourcingovou variantu. Obě dvě varianty byly zhodnoceny pomocí nákladové a multikriteriální analýzy a na základě jejich výsledků byla vytvořena doporučení pro další postup.

Abstract:

This paper elaborates on evaluation of convenience of internal and external version of maintenance organization in the selected company department. The theoretical part is focused on outsourcing and insourcing in broader context, and further describes selected methods for evaluation of convenience of both maintenance versions. The practical part contains the description of maintenance in paint shop Kvasiny, subsidized to Skoda Auto a. s., and recommendations said company should follow while in transition from outsourcing to insourcing version of maintenance. Both versions have been evaluated using cost and multi-criteria analysis, and recommendations for future procedure has been based on those results.
