Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vývoj rozlohy vinic na svazích dvou významných vulkanických vrcholů na Lovosicku - Lovoše a Hazmburka. Teoretická část práce je věnována problematice land use a stanovištním nárokům révy vinné. Analyzován je vývoj ploch vinic v obou zájmových území od poloviny 18. století do současnosti a diskutovány jsou faktory, které ke změnám vedly. Využity byly historické mapy, statistická data o vývoji využití ploch, terénní průzkum, interview s vinaři a obrazové prameny. Práce je doplněna o fotografickou dokumentaci vinohradnických krajinných reliktů

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the development of the expanse of vineyard located on the slopes of two important volcanic peaks in the Lovosice Region - Lovoš and Hazmburk. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the issue of "land use" and habitable requirements of grapevine. The analysis of the surface development of vineyard of both chosen areas covers three centuries (from the mid 18th century to the present). The factors that partake in the changes of the areas are discussed in the thesis. Historical maps, the statistical data on the development of use of the surfaces, the field survey, the interviews with the winemakers and the images were used for this analysis. At the end of the thesis, there are a set of photographical documentation of the vineyard landscape relics.
