Budget Determination of Taxes - Conflict between Large Cities and Small Villages
Abstract:
Rozpočtové určení daní se stalo opět aktuálním tématem v souvislosti s připravovanou novelou zákonné úpravy. Práce mapuje vývoj nastavení systému od roku 2001 po současnost s důrazem na vliv změn na finanční situaci obcí. Na základě analýzy minulé a současné úpravy v ČR a srovnání se Slovenskem jsou vysloveny závěry a několik doporučení, jak by bylo možné situaci dále zlepšit.

The budget determination of taxes has become an actual subject once again in connection with preparations of an amendment of the law. The text informs about the evolution of the system since 2001 up to nowadays with accent on the influence of changes on the financial situation of municipalities.
