Effective Recruiting as a Competitive Advantage

Anotace: The following paper is dedicated to the recruitment process, its definition and merhods. This work describes the importance of the recruitment as well as the factors, sources and methods that are essential to the recruitment process. Since the practical part of the thesis is based on the Coca-Cola Company, characteritics of the company itself and the opportunities that it gives to its employees will be listed. By the end of the paper we will come to the conclusion that even though Coca-Cola has positioned itself as a company that set the stage for the development of each employee in an international team, it is yet a world’s largest beverage producer, and its international scope may hinder the development of the company due to the cultural differences between some areas it operates in.
