Tato práce navazuje na studie předchozích diplomantů P.Šabatky a Z.Slovákové. Téma přeshraničních insolvenčních řízení je zde nazíráno optikou věřitelů. Jsou zde rozebírána jejich práva a povinnosti, konkurzního právo,které se dle nařízení na konkurz aplikuje i aktuální judikatura soudů členských států a ESD. This diploma paper follows the papers of prior authors P.Šabatky and Z.Slovákové. Thema of cross-border insolvency proceedings is observed from the position of creditors. It is concerned about following topics: their rights and obligations, bankruptcy law applicable and actual practice of the EC members courts, including ECJ.
