Demonstration experiments in mechanics using electronic sensors

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje využití elektronických snímacích čidel v experimentech z oblasti mechaniky. Cílem bylo vytvoření sady experimentů, která může být použita ve výuce. Ve své práci jsem navrhla čtveřici experimentů, které se postupně zabývají zákonem síly, rotací tuhého tělesa a zákony zachování mechanické energie a hybnosti. Každému jednotlivému experimentu předchází teoretický úvod a odvození potřebných vztahů. Dále je vždy uveden popis měřící soustavy, způsob zpracování měření a komentované výsledky. Experimentálně naměřené hodnoty korespondují s teoretickými výpočty, a práce tak může být použita ve výuce k demonstraci jednotlivých fyzikálních problémů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the use of electronic sensors in experiments in the field of mechanics. This work aimed to create a set of experiments that can be used in teaching. In my thesis, I designed four experiments that deal with the Newton's second law, rigid body rotation, and the laws of conservation of mechanical energy and momentum. Each experiment is preceded by a theoretical introduction and the derivation of the necessary relations. In addition, a description of the measuring system, the method of measurement processing and commented results are always presented as well. The experimentally measured values correspond with the theoretical calculations, and the work can thus be used in the classroom to demonstrate particular physical problems.
