Abstract:
This work decribes the process of recruitment and selection of employees with in Police of Czech republic. The theoretical part definesthe basic concept and methods of recruitment and selection of employees. The analytical part describes the company specifics, structure and overall aktivity of Human Resources. The conclusion containes recommendations on how to improve the process of recruitment.
